Meet Our Experienced Team
Brad Lacomb Owner / Attorney at Law
Brad Michael LaComb was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana and graduated from Iowa High School in 1998. He received his undergraduate degree from McNeese State University in 2002 where he graduated cum laude with a degree in psychology.
After graduating from McNeese, Brad continued his education at LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he was a member of the TULLIS Moot Court Board, co-chairman of the appellate advocacy committee, and received the CALI award for achieving the highest grade in his class in Louisiana Civil Law Property. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2005.
After graduating from law school, Brad worked in New Orleans as an insurance defense attorney where he handled cases involving car accidents, personal injury, construction defects and Hurricane Katrina related property damage. Brad has appeared before various state district courts, the Eastern District of Louisiana Federal Court and the Louisiana Supreme Court.
Brad has also worked as a Regional Manager for a land service company in the oil and gas sector where he oversaw surface and mineral title research, abstract compilation and quality control for various projects in Louisiana, Mississippi, Utah, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
After returning to his hometown Lake Charles in 2015, Brad acted as the managing attorney for Armor Title Company, LLC where he gained extensive knowledge in the area of real estate title work and the issuance of title insurance for both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Brad is a Licensed Title Insurance Agent with the Louisiana Department of Insurance and is an Authorized Agent for First American Title Insurance Company.
Brad is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the young lawyers division of the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association, and is active in the Southwest Louisiana Association of Realtor’s Affiliates group. He is married to Chrystal LaComb and they have two children, Landry 3, and Ryan 2.
Tiffany Bourque Ashley Attorney at Law
Tiffany Bourque Ashley was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Upon graduating from Barbe High School, she began her studies at McNeese State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, maintaining a 4.0 Grade Point Average. While at McNeese State University, she was a member of various Honors Fraternities, a recipient of various academic scholarships and awards and served as the President of the Pre-law and Politics Society, President of the Public Relations Student Society of America and had the honor of representing McNeese as the 2004 Homecoming Queen.
After graduating from McNeese, Mrs. Ashley attended law school at Louisiana State University where she had the honor to represent the law school as a member of the moot court team and the trial advocacy team. While a member of the trial advocacy team, Mrs. Ashley and her team placed in various national competitions and had the honor of being named State Champion of the Louisiana State Bar Association Mock Trial Competition in 2007. While in law school, Mrs. Ashley also had the privilege of serving as Vice President of the LSU Trial Advocacy Board and as an Ambassador for the law school. As a part of her studies at LSU, Mrs. Ashley was able to attend the Universite Jean Moulin in Lyon, France to study international law, where she was a recipient of the C.A.L.I. Award for achieving the highest grade in Comparative International Law.
While attending LSU Law School, Mrs. Ashley interned at Stockwell, Sievert, Vicellio, Clements and Shaddock in Lake Charles and at Middleberg, Riddle and Gianna in New Orleans. Mrs. Ashley briefly practiced family law and assisted in large personal injury suits at the law firm of Larry A. Roach, Inc. in Lake Charles, until she accepted a position as an Assistant Attorney General, working as a prosecutor in the Criminal Division. While working with the Louisiana Attorney General’s office, Mrs. Ashley served as an Adjunct Professor at Our Lady of the Lake College teaching Louisiana Law and Evidence and she served as an instructor at Baton Rouge Paralegal College teaching evidence law and business law.
In 2010, Mrs. Ashley switched gears and began a career in the title industry. Focusing first on learning to abstract, Mrs. Ashley worked in various courthouses across Louisiana and in Mississippi preparing oil and gas abstracts. Eventually, Mrs. Ashley was brought in house where she managed abstracting teams in all aspects of preparing and closing oil and gas abstracts of title. During her tenure as an abstract manager, Mrs. Ashley produced an abstracting procedural guide that was accepted and utilized by the company and is a copyrighted work.
Mrs. Ashley expanded into real estate title work and in May of 2014, she and her husband, Brandon Ashley, opened Southern Title & Escrow, L.L.C. in her hometown of Lake Charles. In addition, Mrs. Ashley is also the owner of The Ashley Law Firm, L.L.C. Tiffany and Brandon have one daughter, Elle, and they are proud to have their family owned and operated business in Tiffany’s hometown of Lake Charles.
Lisa Daigle Sr Escrow Officer
Lisa Daigle is a life-long resident of Jennings, Louisiana, attending Jennings High School and obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Management/Marketing from McNeese State University in 2003. She is married to Jared Daigle with 2 beautiful children, Tyler and Adilyn. She is also co-owner of her family’s business, Ray’s Washateria, LLC. located in Jennings.
Lisa began her career working for a local attorney in Lake Charles as a part time runner/receptionist for five years while in college. Then, after graduation she became a real estate processor/closer. While employed there, she obtained her Notary Public. Thereafter, Lisa joined another local law firm in Lake Charles as a real estate processor/escrow officer/notary public for six years. She primarily handled residential purchases and refinances.
In August 2014, Lisa returned to real estate processing with Southern Title & Escrow, LLC. She is well-regarded by brokers and clients for her experience and proficiency. She is detail-oriented and always provides the highest degree of customer service.
Meredith Neeley Escrow Officer
After living in 6 different states, Meredith Neeley decided to make Lake Charles her permanent home in 2000. She is a 2011 graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University – “Lion Up”. After working numerous jobs in clerical and customer service, Meredith went to work as a Real Estate Program Counselor for the Sasol Voluntary Property Purchase Program which jump started her career in the Real Estate Industry. Meredith enjoys traveling around the United States with family and friends, and she is an avid sports fan. Meredith is a member of the 2018 Affiliates Board and currently serves as the Secretary.
